This Year's Mervyn Robinson Perform Under Pressure (PUP) Challenge took place on Saturday 17th April in Temple Bar. We were blessed with a beautiful day and a great turnout as 19 combatants, sorry I mean challengers took part. There were a couple of expressions of concern about this years venue, but it turned out to be great success, and every one enjoyed themselves thoroughly. Some comments I got were: "Great location, fantastic opportunities."

Temple Bar is designated as a Cultural Quarter and has many amenities: including clubs, bars, restaurants, open air cinema & stage, shops and galleries. But on a Saturday morning there are also the Food, Book and Designer markets which adds to the colour and atmosphere of the area. As we were finishing up we were treated to rock music from a young busking band who were really good.
So all in all a great place to take photographs and last year's winner Lucy decided to give us all a chance and only arrived with 10 minutes to go, she's starting her own Perform Under Extreme Pressure event.
Well done everyone and I hope you enjoyed the day.
